Files you open are processed on your own device and never sent to us. You keep all rights to what you make. You’re responsible for having the rights to the material you convert and for how you use the result, including copyright, trademarks and the privacy of anyone who appears in it. Don’t use the tools to make anything illegal.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without any warranty. We work to make them accurate and reliable, but we can’t promise that every file will convert, that a result will meet a platform’s limits, or that the site will always be available. Keep a copy of your originals.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, gifmaker.shop isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the files it produces.
