Reporting a problem
If a tool fails on a file, these three things let us reproduce it:
- The page you were on and what you pressed.
- Your browser and device, for example “Safari on iPhone 15” or “Chrome on Windows 11”.
- The file type and roughly how long or big it is. Please don’t send the file itself unless we ask; it never reached us, and we’d like to keep it that way unless you choose otherwise.
